Welcome to the official website of MaTRiX'19 Politeknik Muadzam Shah (PMS). PMS is the 19th polytechnic establish under the Malaysian Ministry of Education on August 1st, 2003. PMS offers educational service provider in various fields:

• Commerce
• Mechanical Engineering
• Design and Visual Communication
• Tourism and Hospitality

UPIK as a Research, Innovation and Commercialisation Unit was first established in 2010. It was once established to coordinate, manage any research activities in polytechnic. It also acts as a collection center for project and innovation data around the campus. Other than that, we are working hard growing our network with local research entities around the nation.

MaTRiX 2019

For the very first time in our history, PMS is organizing Malaysia TVET on Research via Exposition 2019 (MaTRiX'19). It is aimed to celebrate the idea to empower TVET comparable to other academic programs in a nation entirely. There are several objectives to be achieved as the following:

1. to increase the number of the Malaysian research in TVET
2. to cultivate the research culture among Polytechnic and Kolej Komuniti's lecturers entire the nation generally, PMS specifically.
3. to tackle research implementation skill and presentation talent among the lecturers
4. to become the sole platform for lecturers to share research findings the have run with other researchers comprising educators, lecturers, institutional leaders and professional practitioners
5. to accomplish the third PPPM(PT) surge, the lifelong learning
6. to emphasize the PMS name in a TVET - based research
